Who is GoldSilverBullion?
GoldSilverBullion is Australia’s leading Bullion Investment House. We have a team of expert consultants that are available to assist you with your bullion investment selection. 

How do I purchase bullion?
You can purchase either via telephone with one our company experts simply by calling 1300 852 329 or alternatively purchase online using your credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Do I have to buy online?
No. You can also call us on 1300 852 329 and purchase over the telephone. 

Do I have to use a credit card to purchase?
Online purchases must be made with a current credit card but telephone purchases can be made with a credit card or electronic bank transfer.

Are there any limits to the size of my order?
GoldSilverBullion has a company limitation of $50,000 on any one online transaction, but please call us on 1300 852 329 for larger transactions. You may also need to check with your card’s issuer for any additional limitations to your card.

When do I need to pay for my purchase?
Your payment is processed at the time of ordering. You will be advised of the price prior to purchase, and then receive confirmation of price once purchase is made and payment processed.

Is my purchase secure?
Absolutely! GoldSilverBullion uses secure server technology including 128-bit SSL encryption.

What happens to my personal details?
In line with Australian Anti Money laundering legislation, your identity will need to be confirmed by GoldSilverBullion. Your details are retained on our secure database and are never disclosed to a third party unless requested by AUSTRAC.

Do I need to take delivery of my physical bullion?
No. You have the choice of taking physical delivery or having your bullion stored on your behalf by GoldSilverBullion.

How long does it take for my bullion purchase to arrive?
Once GoldSilverBullion has the required administration on file, your bullion will normally be delivered within 5 working days of your purchase. GoldSilverBullion reserves the right to adjust this timing depending on market conditions. 

Does it cost anything to store bullion with GoldSilverBullion?
GoldSilverBullion Market currently provides this as a complimentary service for our clients. If at some time in the future we nominate a charge for storage, we will advise our clients prior to implementation.

How do I know my stored bullion is secure? 
You will receive a Certificate of Storage identifying your purchased bullion. Your stored bullion is held in an institutional security vault and identified via your unique client reference code. It is fully insured for the purchase weight by Lloyds of London.

What if GoldSilverBullion stops trading?
If GoldSilverBullion stops trading you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements for your bullion. Your bullion always remains your asset.

Do you buy back bullion?
Yes. Call us on 1300 852 329 and we will happily provide a quote for your bullion.

Do you only accept orders during set hours?
GoldSilverBullion only accepts buy and sell orders between 10am and 4pm.  

How many troy ounces of gold or silver are in a kilogram bar?
There are 32.15 ounces in 1 kilogram bar of gold or silver.

What is the difference between grams and troy ounces?
There are 31.10 grams in one troy ounce.

Why are the prices quoted on your website different to what I see on the news?
Gold, silver, platinum and palladium are initially quoted in US dollars and this is generally the price you see on the TV or in your local newspaper.  GoldSilverBullion uses the world market price including margins as a base, and then presents all website prices in Australian dollars

How do I know my gold or silver is real?
The gold and silver we sell to our clients comes direct from reputable refineries.  They are known and respected in the global market place and of international stature.  Every bar or ingot sold has the refiners hallmark and the bars purity  stamped into the bar.  We only deal in internationally accepted gold, silver, platinum and palladium bars and ingots.
